Long's journey in tourism began during his student years, working as a local guide. It was there he discovered his passion for travel and the joy of connecting with people from around the world. After graduation, he continued to grow in the industry, leading tours across Indochina, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Along the way, he built a strong network of partners and gained a deep understanding of what travelers truly seek.
Recognizing a gap in the market for more meaningful, culturally immersive experiences, he joined forces with a trusted teammate to start his own travel company. His vision has always been clear: to enrich every traveler's journey with authentic moments—like visiting a local home for a heartfelt meal, chatting with villagers over tea, or helping a farmer during harvest season.
Long brings a creative spirit to every itinerary and is always full of fresh ideas to make each trip more engaging and memorable.

She began her journey in the travel industry back in 1999 and has since taken on a variety of roles—from tour guide to operations manager, senior sales, and business development. Each step has added depth to her understanding of what truly makes travel experiences meaningful, both for clients and for those behind the scenes.
What’s remained constant throughout her career is a deep commitment to people. Whether working with clients or partners around the world, she believes great service starts with listening, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
Her strength lies in building lasting relationships rooted in trust, understanding, and reliability. For her, it’s never just about business—it’s about creating real connections and being someone others can always count on.

Hung grew up with a love for language, eventually earning a Bachelor of Science in English from Dalat University. His career in tourism started right after graduation, and since then, he’s taken on multiple roles—from tour guiding to sales and tour operations. With each step, he’s built a well-rounded understanding of what makes a trip smooth, memorable, and truly local.
Hung brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the team, always ready with practical solutions and a warm smile. Outside of work, he’s often exploring new destinations on a motorbike, sampling street food, or unwinding with music.
His dream? To one day open a network of homestays across Vietnam—simple, welcoming spaces where travelers can slow down and experience local life, just as it is.

Rassmei’s journey began in humanitarian work, serving as an interpreter for the Mines Advisory Group (MAG), a British demining charity. His dedication and leadership saw him rise through the ranks to become a Project Officer at MAG’s Phnom Penh head office—one of the organization’s key roles. His work took him across Cambodia, giving him a deep understanding of the country’s landscapes, people, and hidden corners.
After a decade of service, Rassmei embraced a new chapter in 2011, stepping into the world of tourism. With him, he brought a wealth of experience, sharp attention to detail, and a strong sense of purpose. His natural adaptability and deep local knowledge helped him thrive in this new field.
Today, with over ten years in the industry, Rassmei sees tourism not just as a career, but as a calling. As part of the Asiaplus DMC team, he’s proud to share the stories of Cambodia and to create meaningful, lasting experiences for every traveler who visits.
